Last Updated on December 19th, 2018

Refund Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or you decide now is not the time for you to enroll in this program, contact us within five (5) days of purchase and we will give you a full refund.

For residents of Montana:

You have one attempt to challenge the exam in your state.
If you complete all CNA NursingPrep coursework and receive a 90% or higher on all graded assignments, but fail the state license examination within 30 days of program/course completion we offer the following: We will refund 50% of your purchase.
Note:

1. Documentation of proof of failure of state licensure examination must be provided for receiving a refund.
2. Full payment for the course/program must be received and processed by CNA Prep before any monetary refund is processed for exam failure. Refunds will not be given for accounts with a balance still owed.
3. If you find out from your state that you cannot sit for and take your state challenge exam within the 30 day time requirement as stated above, just provide us with a written notice from your state regarding this, which includes when your test is scheduled. With this information, our refund policy will be honored. If your state examination is delayed, we strongly recommend that you stay current and review your course assignments and information. Doing so will increase your success and reduce the likelihood of having to retake the course again.
